The Archbishop Mitty “I AM” Camp is a week-long leadership opportunity for academically driven Black students. Through social, cultural and educational activities, the camp prepares and encourages rising 8th graders to be leaders in their communities. Students are empowered to think critically, celebrate their history and explore the opportunities of high school and higher education. This camp takes place each year in June. Applications are available each March.

Monthly Activities
The Romero Institute at Archbishop Mitty High School is a one week summer leadership program for high-achieving Latinx students. The program is held the third week in June and creates a unique opportunity for rising 8th graders to explore potential educational possibilities both in high school and college, examine and deepen their cultural identity in a changing world, develop leadership skills and meet with successful Latino role models throughout the Bay Area. Applications are available each March.
