The Journalism II course consists of 17 Monarchs that utilize their talents to serve the Mitty community. Beyond just attending high school, these Excalibur staff members get to be, as our own Keith Mathews has shared, “the keeper of memories.” Through design, photography and writing, these historians learn the importance of journalism and document all that it takes to be a Monarch today.
Upholding the program’s motto of “making everyone feel like a someone,” it is our mission to include each member of our community and highlight our shared experiences. Our hope is when you open the yearbook decades later, you are transported back to today and smile about all the accomplishments, memories, and people that make Archbishop Mitty so special. CLASS OF 2027 NEEDS TO TAKE THEIR FORMAL PORTRAITS WITH NOW & FOREVER
Appointments for your formal senior portrait are available now. Please contact Now & Forever Studios to set up your appointment time. Senior portraits are mandatory, so please don't delay. The yearbook deadline is November 6th, but you are advised to schedule your appointment well in advance of that date. If you'd like to have a specialty image for senior tributes (i.e. graduation regalia), those need to be completed by October 2nd for Administrative review purposes.
Please remember that appointment slots are limited and fill up quickly as deadlines approach. It is highly recommended that seniors make their appointments early. Seniors are responsible for scheduling and taking their formal senior portraits. Due to print deadlines, seniors who do not take their photo by November 6th will not be included in the yearbook.
