The men’s golf team is consistently competes for league and CCS titles, highlighted by its first state championship in 2017. The program offers varsity and junior varsity teams.
Coach Asunsolo ’85 has been coaching students in a variety of sports for more than 25 years. In 2017, he was part of the coaching staff for the AMHS men’s golf team, which won the state championship. Previously, Coach Asunsolo was the head coach of the AMHS junior varsity women’s golf team for 13 years. When he is not on the golf course, Coach Asunsolo actively supports the AMHS community by serving as a Eucharistic Minister and participating in school retreats and immersion trips.
