The Archbishop Mitty badminton program is coming off back-to-back BVAL Santa Teresa West Division Championships, highlighted by an undefeated 12–0 league record during the 2026 season. With multiple league titles to its name, the Monarchs have established themselves as one of the rising badminton programs in the BVAL while continuing to build on a tradition of excellence. The program competes at the varsity level.
Coach Rodriguez ’13 has over ten years of coaching experience. As a student-athlete at Archbishop Mitty, she competed on the varsity badminton team for four years and served as team captain during her final two seasons. In her first season as head coach in 2016, Coach Rodriguez led the Monarchs to a BVAL Championship and a remarkable 15–1 league record. Under her leadership, the program has continued to excel, being named the 2026 BVAL Santa Teresa Division West Champions.
