WebGrade allows an easy method of checking grades on the web. Passwords will be issued to freshmen during the second and third week of school. Grades are posted on the 1st and 15th of each month. Contact Eric Anderson if you have any problems.

| College Visits | Students are allowed two days discretionary absence during their high school career for college visits. A College Visit Absence Form (pdf) must be obtained from the Attendance Office and submitted one week prior to such an absence. |
| Parent Volunteering | Throughout the year, the Archbishop Mitty Parent Association is responsible for planning events and providing services to the school that benefit the entire Mitty community. These services provide valuable assistance to the school while the events offer opportunities for parents to meet other parents. Please consider committing your time in one or more of the areas. It is our hope that all parents will assist us by volunteering in some way. Your participation is a wonderful way to meet other parents and have some fun. If you are interested please fill out the form and return it to Mary Ann Prescott, 5000 Mitty Ave., San Jose, Ca. 95129. We appreciate your willingness to participate and become involved in the Mitty community. Working together and sharing experiences that benefit our daughters and sons are opportunities not to be missed. We look forward to meeting and working with you in the coming year. |
| Faculty/Staff Partnership Program | If you would like to help us to make this program an ongoing success, drop off those sporting event tickets, theater tickets, gift certificates or vacation home vouchers that you are unable to use. Remember that these donations are tax-deductible gifts. Te enthusiasm and excitement of our faculty and staff is phenomenal and should be rewarded. So if you have something to donate or questions about the program, contact Mary Ann Prescott @ 408-342-4208. You may also drop off your donation at the Main Office in care of Mary Ann Prescott. |
