Back to School Night, Thursday, September 1st, 2016
6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Back to School Night for parents is scheduled for this Thursday evening, September 1st, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. The evening is structured as a mini-schedule of your student's day. The night will begin with a short presentation in the Fien Gymnasium promptly at 6:30 p.m. You will then go to your student's homeroom and pick up your student's schedule of classes. Following this, you will spend ten minutes in each of your student's classes. Members of the administration and counseling staff will be available all evening in the Aymar Events Center. Please note: Traffic into the campus will be heavy; come early to find a parking space.

OnCampus Online Grade Reporting System

New Parents Must Create Logins and Passwords
Archbishop Mitty High School provides an online grade book program called OnCampus for use with our community. OnCampus requires a unique login for each user, so parents new to the AMHS community will need to create their own logins. Parents who had students attend AMHS last year will find their freshman or transfer student automatically included in their OnCampus account and no additional action is needed.

Eric Anderson, our IT Director, has created an online video to walk parents through the steps of creating an account and viewing their students' progress in classes. Parents can access the video at https://youtu.be/5rg9AwGunjc. If parents have any trouble with this initial login process, please contact the AMHS IT Department at help@mitty.com. If parents cannot remember their login information from last year, please select "OnCampus" from the Quick Links menu and select "Forgot Login" on the home page.

Faculty are asked to update student grades on the 1st and 15th of each month. If these dates fall on a weekend or holiday, then the update occurs on the school day closest to the date. Questions regarding the login process for OnCampus should be directed to help@mitty.com. Questions regarding a student's performance in a particular class should be directed to the student's teacher.

Thank you to the many families who have responded so generously. The program is being coordinated by Mary Jane Schmidt in the Advancement Office.
