John Mosunic
On the strength of their incredible start to the season, the Monarch men’s golf team put together the finest year in the history of the program. Featuring a wealth of young, talented golfers, John Mosunic’s squad ran of 10 straight wins over WCAL opponents on the way to their first ever league championship. The team finished with a 13-1 record in league play, with junior Ryan Rankin winning the individual championship as well. The season was capped off with the Monarchs being named as the 2009 CCS Scholastic Championship Team for their accomplishments on the golf course and in the classroom. It was a fitting tribute to an amazing group of young men.
