The women’s basketball team has their sites set on a return to the state title game, and with all but one player returning from last season 22-9 CCS championship squad, things are looking bright. Seniors Classye James (Oregon State), Elisabeth Gordon (Harvard), Courtney Wilson (University of Pennsylvania), and Iman Scott (Santa Clara University) have all signed their letters of intent, making this one of the most talented groups in recent Monarch history. In all, seven seniors bring ability and experience to a roster with depth all over the floor. Look for an another exciting season from coach Sue Phillips’ program.
