The 2009-2010 was a challenging one for the men’s soccer team. Big early season wins over De La Salle and Bullard of Fresno were signs of a big season ahead. Unfortunately, a series of devastating injuries to key players left the Monarchs with a depleted roster. Despite these set backs, the team managed some impressive results against tough WCAL competition, including impressive draws with both Bellarmine and St. Francis. While the final record was less than what it might have been, these Monarchs played with pride and dedication throughout the season.
