ABOUT RECOGNITION SOCIETIES

Donors to Archbishop Mitty High School are recognized in a myriad of ways from gift acknowledgement letters to publication in the school's annual report. Four special societies recognize Archbishop Mitty donors. Information on each is included below.

Monarch Leadership Society

The Monarch Leadership Society honors those friends of Archbishop Mitty High School who have contributed to the very foundation of the school by supporting the growth of the facilities, programs and scholarships that make Archbishop Mitty High School what it is today.  Each of these very special donors has a giving history of at least $50,000 or has made a formal commitment to the school through a planned gift or established endowment; perhaps even more importantly, each has invested in the lives of the students at Archbishop Mitty High School. Their support allows us to reach our goal of educating intellectually competent, just, faith-filled, respectful leaders.

The President's Circle

The President's Circle is comprised of alumni, parents of alumni, parents of current students, and friends of Archbishop Mitty who have made gifts of $4,000 or more during the preceding fiscal year.  Many families and friends choose to continue their membership in the President's Circle year after year in recognition of the superior achievements of the school.  We salute the members of this pace-setting group and hope that the power of their example will serve to encourage others to invest in Archbishop Mitty.

The Archbishop Mitty Heritage Circle

The Archbishop Mitty Heritage Circle is comprised of alumni, parents of alumni, current parents and friends of Archbishop Mitty High School, who have made provision for the school by means of a planned gift. We gratefully acknowledge the charitable giving of this group at our annual President's Circle Dinner. These very special donors help to secure the financial future of Archbishop Mitty by taking steps, through their will or estate documents, to create family and individual endowment funds. A portion of their estate will be set aside for a special fund that will generate much needed funding for our programs and scholarships. This unique giving vehicle is the greatest of all gifts as it allows many future Monarchs to enjoy the superior Catholic college preparatory education that Archbishop Mitty students and alumni have experienced.

The Archbishop Mitty Arts Society

The Archbishop Mitty Arts Society is comprised of parents, alumni, and friends of AMHS who have made gifts of $250 or more dedicated to Performing Arts the preceding fiscal year. By focusing on keeping the arts thriving for Monarchs, now and in the future, the Archbishop Mitty Arts Society supports the nationally-acclaimed AMHS Department of Performing Arts.
