What is the Advancement Office?
The Advancement Office coordinates the fundraising and public relations efforts of Archbishop Mitty High School. Working with the Board of Regents and the Principal, the Advancement Office develops short and long-term plans which assure the financial stability of the school and provide a constant flow of funding to support the annual operating cost of each student’s education as well as income for special projects to augment and enrich academic programs and school facilities.
Fundraising events organized by the Advancement Office include the Black and Gold Gala, the Mitty Auction, and the Alumni and Friends Golf Tournament. Volunteers are an integral part of the work of the Advancement Office and are involved in many programs and events.
Additionally, the Advancement Office orchestrates several donor and volunteer recognition events, including the Monarch Leadership Society Dinner, The Principal’s Circle Dinner, and the Brother Fien Volunteer Recognition Dinner.
Where is the office located?
The Advancement Office is located on the east side of campus across from the Monarch Room. To visit us, park in the east lot adjacent to Queen of Apostles School and enter through the door closest to Mitty Avenue (next to the red brick wall).
When is the office open?
The Advancement Office is open year round Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We are open on in-service days and closed on most school holidays.
I registered for a fundraising event but didn't receive a ticket. How do I get my tickets?
When you register to attend the Black and Gold, the Mitty Auction, the Brother Fien Dinner, or any Alumni events, you will not receive a ticket. Instead, your name is placed on a reservation list for check-in at the event registration table.
How Do I Update My Contact Information?
Current Families and Students: Obtain a Change of Address Form from the Main Office of the school. Complete the form with all applicable changes for address or phone numbers and return to the receptionist in the main office. This form will be routed to both our administrative and business offices to update your files.
Alumni: Click on the Alumni tab on our website, then click on Email List. If you already have an email account, enter your email and password and click on the Modify Your Account tab to update your information as needed. If you do not have a current account, please go to Register Now and create an account. This will allow you to input all of your current information for our files. Time: Be sure to fill out the Parent Volunteer section of your online registration so that we can call upon you for assistance with mailings, events, committees, and administrative support. Your ongoing support of our programs and events is greatly appreciated.
