To Prospective Transfer Students,

Thank you for your interest in Archbishop Mitty High School. The transfer application process has begun. Please click on the application button (located at the top of this page) to access our online application.

Transfer applications are accepted on an ongoing basis and rolling admissions decisions will begin in April 2009. Admission for 10th and 11th grades is on a space available basis. We are unable to accommodate 12th grade transfer applicants.

If your family may require assistance in funding an Archbishop Mitty Catholic, college preparatory education, please complete a financial aid application on or before February 4, 2009. For more information on financial assistance, please click here.

Admissions Criteria

Archbishop Mitty High School is a Catholic college preparatory and preference is given to Catholic applicants. Admission to Archbishop Mitty High School is comprehensive and highly selective; in particular, the Admissions Committee considers the following criteria when making admissions decisions:

* High school academic performance (a minimum grade point average of 3.0 is required)
* Discipline/attendance history
* Standardized test scores from junior high and high school
* English and Math Teacher Recommendations
* Student-reported activities and special talents
