Transfer Application

 

To Prospective Transfer Students,

Thank you for your interest in Archbishop Mitty High School. The online transfer application is now available. Transfer applications are accepted on an ongoing basis and rolling admissions decisions for the 2010-2011 school year will begin in April 2010. Admission for 10th and 11th grades is on a space available basis. We are unable to accommodate 12th grade transfer applicants.

Admissions Criteria

Archbishop Mitty High School is a Catholic college preparatory and preference is given to Catholic applicants. Admission to Archbishop Mitty High School is comprehensive; in particular, the Admissions Committee considers the following criteria when making admissions decisions:

• Proof of Catholic baptism
• High school transcripts inclusive of the first semester of the current school year
• Standardized testing scores from junior high and the High School Placement Test
• Teacher recommendations
• Student-reported activities and special talents
