Driver Education

There are two ways you can complete your driver education program:

Method 1: Classroom Course

Students wishing to complete the state required Driver Education in order to obtain a California driver's license may register at Economic Driving School. Archbishop Mitty provides a classroom on campus for the convenience of our students. Instructors are provided by  Economic Driving School.  Each session of classes meets from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm for four consecutive days. Students may pick up a registration form at school office or print one from the Economic Driving School Web Site.

Class sessions will be offered at AMHS:

  • December 21, 22, 29, 30 (M T/T W), 2009
  • April 6 - 9, 2010 (T-F)
  • June 1 - 4, 2010 (T-F)

Each session of classes meets from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM for four consecutive days in Room 508.

Method 2: Online Course

This Online Drivers Education Course is approved by the California Department of Motor Vehicles.  Reading, flash graphics, videos, and quizzes will prepare the reader to pass the written DMV test.  Part of the payment for the course will benefit Archbishop Mitty.

When registering make sure you complete the question that says:"How did you hear about us" by choosing School Enter code:  6610. Part of the tuition will go directly to Archbishop Mitty High School.
