The AMHS Curriculum
AMHS Curriculum Overview
The curriculum at Archbishop Mitty High School exposes students to a broad education in the sciences and humanities. In addition, the curriculum prepares students to be learners in the 21st century through development of each student's reading and writing abilities, expertise in the use of technology for academic research, and critical thinking skills.
AMHS students achieve academically on par with the best college preparatory students in the United States (see Achievement link). This achievement in rooted in their parents’ commitment to education, each student’s personal adoption of college preparatory research skills and academic habits, and the expertise of an outstanding faculty.
